CleanEstimator is a product of VerveAI Solutions ("VerveAI", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the CleanEstimator web application.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you create an account, use the Quote Generator, manage billing, or otherwise interact with CleanEstimator at cleanestimator.app.

• Email address (for account access via magic link)
• Account and profile information you provide (e.g., company name, preferences)
• Quote data you create (client name/email, property details, pricing inputs, totals, and quote status)
• Usage and technical data (e.g., logs, device/browser information, IP address) for security and debugging

How we use information

• To provide and operate the service (authentication, quote creation, PDF generation)
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• To provide billing, subscription management, and customer support

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its policies.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate CleanEstimator, including:

• Vercel (hosting and application delivery)
• Stripe (payments, subscription billing, and customer portal)
• Email providers (to deliver magic-link login emails)

We share information with these providers only as necessary to provide the service.

Data sharing and resale

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers strictly as needed to operate CleanEstimator (for example, Stripe for payments).

Hosting

CleanEstimator is hosted on Vercel.

Cookies & analytics

CleanEstimator may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and help us understand usage and improve the product. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account, quote, and billing-related records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as providing the service, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations). You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

• You can access and update certain account information within the app.
• You can request deletion of your account by emailing legal@cleanestimator.app.
