2.1 Collection scope (limited)

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide the service, including:

Regional data used for pricing display and billing (for example, country/region signals).

Payment and subscription data (processed by Stripe) and related identifiers needed to manage your subscription.

Estimate/quote-generated data you submit (including client details, service addresses, scope inputs, pricing inputs, totals, and status information).

To authenticate users and operate core features (estimate/quote creation, PDF generation and download).

To process subscriptions and provide billing management via Stripe.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug technical issues.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you submit, including but not limited to client information, service addresses, and pricing inputs. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent data submitted by you.

We endeavor to apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission and storage due to uncontrollable factors (including cyber attacks, system vulnerabilities, and third-party breaches). We are not liable for data leakage, loss, or compromise caused by non-platform factors, including but not limited to your failure to safeguard passwords, device security issues, or unauthorized third-party access.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Any risks or losses arising from account compromise due to your negligence are your sole responsibility.
