CleanEstimator is a product of VerveAI Solutions ("VerveAI", "we", "us"). By accessing or using CleanEstimator at cleanestimator.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
CleanEstimator provides estimation tools only
CleanEstimator helps you format and generate professional cleaning quotes based on the pricing inputs and logic you provide. CleanEstimator does not decide your prices and does not guarantee that any estimate is accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose.
No tax, legal, or accounting advice
CleanEstimator is not a tax, legal, or accounting service. Any tax rates or tax amounts displayed are for estimate and quotation purposes only. You should consult a qualified professional for advice regarding your taxes, legal obligations, licensing, and compliance.
User responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- Final prices, discounts, and all pricing decisions
- Client agreements, representations, and communications
- Legal compliance, taxes, licensing, and consumer protection obligations
- Reviewing and confirming any tax calculations or estimates shown in the app or PDFs
No guarantee; limitation of liability
CleanEstimator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, results, or revenue outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerveAI is not liable for disputes, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

CleanEstimator does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You should seek independent advice for your business as appropriate.
Billing, subscriptions, and cancellations
Paid features are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are processed by Stripe. You can manage, cancel, or update your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal. Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for used subscription periods.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
