Refund Policy for Clean Estimator

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases of the Clean Estimator Web App and iOS App (collectively, the "Service"), offered by Verve AI Inc. (operating at verveai.ca). By purchasing or subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Window

Full refunds are available for requests submitted within 30 days of payment. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 30-day period, except in cases of proven technical fault as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request will be approved if either of the following conditions is met:

  • The user has not utilized the core functions of Clean Estimator (e.g., cleaning service quoting, estimate generation, PDF export) within the 30-day window.
  • The Service experiences an irreparable technical fault that prevents the user from accessing or using the core functions, and the fault is verified by the Clean Estimator technical team.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Usage of over 50% of the Service’s functional duration (e.g., generating more than 5 cleaning estimates).
  • Issues caused by user error (e.g., incorrect device settings, improper data input) or incompatibility with the user’s hardware/software.
  • Voluntary cancellation of long-term subscriptions (only future billing will stop; no refunds for already paid periods).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a request via the Contact page on verveai.ca, including your order number and a detailed explanation of the refund reason.
  2. The Clean Estimator team will review the request within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Special Provisions for Technical Faults

For refund requests due to technical faults, you must provide supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of the error, device information, log files). The Clean Estimator team reserves the right to verify the fault before approving the refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

Verve AI Inc. may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on verveai.ca and take effect immediately upon publication.
